Refund policy

If something isn't quite right, you can return it within 14 days of delivery for an exchange or a refund.

Condition
Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and in their original packaging.

How to return

  1. Email hello@ponti-editions.com with your order number, the item you're returning, and whether you'd like an exchange or a refund.
  2. We'll reply within 1–2 business days with a Return Authorisation (RA) number, our return address and instructions.
  3. Write your RA number on a note inside the parcel, and send it to the address provided within 7 days of receiving your RA.
  4. We recommend a tracked service, as parcels are your responsibility until they reach us.

Return postage
Return postage is paid by the customer. For size exchanges, we'll send your new size back to you free of charge.

Exchanges
Each Edition is made in a small run, so exchanges depend on your size still being available. If it has sold out, we'll offer a refund instead.

Refunds
Once your return arrives and has been checked, we'll refund your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to process it. Original shipping costs are not refunded.

Faulty or incorrect items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right, including return postage. This doesn't affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
